We build TuffTube to last — and we stand behind it. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we make it right.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try TuffTube on the job for a full 60 days. If it doesn't hold up, doesn't fit your workflow, or you're just not happy with it for any reason, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
How Returns Work
- Contact us within 60 days of delivery to start a return.
- Items should be returned in the condition they were used on the job — normal jobsite wear is expected and won't affect your refund.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Units
If your TuffTube arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge. Just reach out and we'll get it taken care of.
1-Year Limited Warranty
TuffTube is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of purchase, we'll repair or replace it — return shipping included. This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.
